Not a bad hotel, needs more elevators due to heavy foot traffic after ballgames. I was scared after some of the reviews but I enjoyed my stay Close to the Arch and Busch Stadium which was very close to the areas I needed so we could walk every where we needed. Staff was friendly and attentive. web was the cheapest site by for the Millennium. My next trip to Stl will be booked through web and hopefully at the Millennium.

I had a four night stay, gambling on the three-star rating and location, jumping on the too-low price. I was pleasantly surprised. Reviews complained about the facility's condition, but the only problem I experienced was a poor ice maker on . The outdoor pool was a bit small for this size hotel, but it was not a problem. All things considered, I don't know why this isn't a four-star hotel. The service was uniformly friendly and helpful. The location was great - neighboring and between the Arch and the Cardinals stadium. The exterior architecture is dated - 70's style - but the carpeting/draperies and furniture are modern and in good condition. The room received excellent cleanup service from the staff. The parking is very expensive at $*/day with a tunnel access to the hotel. The parking lot is a public lot. There was abundant capacity.- I expect the people who complained about waiting for a parking spot were trying to get in when a Cardinals game was underway. I certainly will stay at this hotel again if similar opportunity presents itself.

I am a girlscout leader and we brought the girls to st. louis on a trip. When we got there the place was packed. It took awhile to get checked in. The elevator we got on barely worked, there was a long line just to get on. We got to our rooms they were not that great. They were definitely not very clean! We left and went to do other things when we tried to get out of the parking garage we had to pay 18.00 just to get out. Then when we returned for the night there were no available spaces so we had to drive around for ever. The comforter in the room had stained blood on it gross!!! When we left the next day we had to pay yet another 18.00 to get out of the garage!! I will not ever stay here again nor would i recommend anyone else to stay. The location is great that is the only thing and now i am grossed out by the fact that someone was bitten by bed bugs

Just DON'T stay here

I was gravely disappointed with this hotel. Being the Millennium I expected much better. Let me start out by saying that the staff was friendly and accomodating. The first room we had in the South Tower on the 10th floor smelled like feces and had a dehumidifier outside of it. They then changed us to a room 5 doors down. This room was a bit better, but still smelled moldy and bath area very small for 2 people. The reviews said that the North Tower was much better so I requested to be moved. We were moved to the 8th floor of the North Tower. I must admit, though newer it was not much better. It least had no mold, but the carpet was very dirty in both the rooms, halls and elevator. There was ice only on the 4th and 28th floors. There was only 3 elevator so you had long waits. There was a convention going on so the hotel was full and long lines for dining and everything else.
