    The hotel was beautiful and clean. the hot breakfast was awesome as was the evening cocktail hour. who can complain about free beverages. everyone was helpful and nice, never rude. ...

    The hotel was beautiful and clean. The hot breakfast was awesome as was the evening cocktail hour. Who can complain about free beverages. Everyone was helpful and nice, never rude. The pool had hot tub and nice seating. I have stayed in nicer hotels with much less ameneties and when you compare the price of the room to others, you can't compare. This was a place we would be willing to stay at again. To bad Union Station didn't have more to see while inside of it but the kids had enough fun and we all slept well.

    Loved the ""extras"" Free garage parking with unlimited in/out access, afternoon popcorn and soda, free evening reception with beer/wine, light snacks. ""hot B'fast"" was good selection-perfect for our family and the other we traveled with. Super location to Union Station (literally beside it) and City Museum (a must do for school age- older kids!) Great service. Every staff we encountered were very helpful and friendly-if even just passing each other in the hallway. Found a coupon for that location for a stay Fri-Sun of Memorial Day-what a deal!

    This hotel was much better than we expected. It has a beautiful old lobby where they serve breakfast in the morning and drinks/snacks in the evening. The concierge service was helpful and very willing to help us find directions to attractions. The rooms were comfortable and clean. We will definitely stay here again!

    My grandaughter was on her second trip for a check up ,the people was so helpful and nice my wife was so thankful. My wife has traveled and this was a treat for her, when you are doing things away from home and have spent time in Dury Inn in Dallas and this was a treat for her. We will stay here when we are able to see the Cards. Thanks to the Staff
